Altemasi is CAVIT’s finest range of sparkling wines. It embodies all Trentino’s well-deserved fame as a high-quality sparkling wine producing area, due to the position of its vineyards on hillsides at altitudes of over 600 m above sea level. The wines are produced using the MetodoClassico method, whereby the second fermentation takes place in the bottle. Moreover, Chardonnay grapes vinified on their own (Millesimato and Brut) or combined with Pinot Nero (Graal and Rosé) qualify for the prestigious TRENTODOC denomination.
