The vineyards are located in the Valtenesi in the Soffaino hills between the lake Lucone and the Sovenigo lakes on the west side of Lake Garda.

Farming without chemicals, pest control with beneficial insects

Alcohol content: 40% Vol.

Method of production:
Grappa is made by direct distillation of pomace.

Slow and gentle distillation with old stills. Here the water vapor rises through the pomace and extract the less volatile components, giving the Grappa an aromatic flavor.

Type:
Grappa only from the pomace of indigenous groppello variety.
