Mulino Angelica Spaghetti are made exclusively with organic durum wheat semolina. We carefully select the best ancient Sicilian grains, carry out wheat washing and proceed to non-intensive stone milling to respect the grain and keep its organoleptic properties intact.

Thanks to bronze drawing and slow drying, at low temperatures, we obtain a porous, rough pasta with an unmistakable taste.
