Made by mixing in equal parts: Sabatini Gin, Vermouth and Bitter. The floral hint and sophisticated taste of Sabatini Gin meet an herbaceous Vermouth with fresh citrus scent and a woody component of red chiana combined with an elegant and persistent Bitter, made from an infusion of bitter orange and with a woody, warm and earthy component given by cinchona and gentian.

Serve in an Old-Fashioned glass with ice to taste and garnish with an orange slice.
