Chiaretto carries a little insanity along while keeping its feet on the ground anyway. Someone may enjoy a party without losing the awareness of its behaving. Brut Rosé dives in the charming euphoria of its fine perlage, keeping in mind the traditional Valtenesi blend made of Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera vines.
It ferments in autoclave for at least 90 days, until it gets its fine flavour, leading from wild rose hedges to blooming gardens facing the sun on the sparkling lake.
The soft and velvety flavour makes it suitable for aperitifs or accompanying a whole meal, keeping its sapid elegance and freshness, when harmony has a sudden vitality spring.
