Tasting Notes: Intense garnet. Deep nose of black cherry, plum, tobacco and spices (leather), elements in perfect harmony. On the palate we find the same broad spectrum of aromas as on the nose, with an aftertaste of sweet liquorice. Everything travels in perfect balance, without a blemish. Handsome.

Pairing: It is ideal to accompany meats and traditional Piedmontese recipes, such as stewed meat or a selection of boiled mixed meats.
