Tasting notes: The color is intense golden straw yellow with light greenish reflections. Floral aroma - fragrances of jasmine and olea above all - and fruity with a typical note that recalls the aroma of bitter almond, but in which infinite vegetable notes are lost. The flavor is characterized by a rich mineral streak and a great smoothness of flavor; round, broad, velvety, pleasant to drink with a very balanced relationship between acidity and persuasiveness.

Pairing: excellent with seafood, white meat, marinated meat, cured cheeses.
