Among the ingredients that make up the mixture of herbs and spices, we remember: fresh juniper berries, lemon peel, rose hips, linden, liquorice, angelica, iris, coriander and cardamom. The botanicals are placed in alcoholic infusion, so that they can release all the smells and aromas. We then move on to the distillation phase, which takes place within the company in small batches, according to a still artisanal processing method.

Tasting note:

Crystal clear and bright color. On the nose it is refined and elegant, with aromas reminiscent of the clear balsamic freshness of juniper, the intense Mediterranean aromas of citrus fruits, notes of officinal herbs and delicate floral nuances. On the palate it is soft and harmonious, with a pleasantly fresh and persistent finish.
