Produced with Corvina, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from vineyards cultivated in the Cordevigo Estate, in Cavaion Veronese, on the morainic hills of the hinterland of Lake Garda, from late harvesting and light withering. The wine is aged in 7 hectoliters cherry wood barrels and tonneaux.

To the eye it offers a dark ruby red color with dense texture and garnet reflections. The nose has hints of dried violets, black cherries, blueberry juice, bitter oranges and a final hint of tobacco. On the palate emerges smoothness and pseudo heat, whereas minerality and roasting are dominant. Pleasant persistence.

It perfectly matches with meat dishes, even the most demanding ones, such as roasted meat, game, grilled red meat, lamb. Excellent also with aged cheese.
