This wine is produced with Trebbiano di Lugana grapes and in small part with Chardonnay, from vineyards cultivated along the southern shore of Lake Garda. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks in order to exalt freshness and floral notes.

Intense and luminous straw yellow color. The bouquet opens on mineral tones almost salty to which are added hints of jasmine, white peach, citron peel and bitter almond. On the palate it is agile and flowing with dynamic freshness and clear sapidity in a smooth context. Delicate persistence of aromatic herbs. Steel.

Ideal with fish from the lake and sea. Also excellent with cold cuts, sushi and oriental cuisine.
