Produced with Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone grapes cultivated in Valpolicella Classica, following the ancient technique of "Ripasso".

Garnet with good transparency. Deep nose with notes of macerated violet, tamarind, mint chocolate, coffee powder and bitter herbs. Warm and structured on the palate, balanced by tannins that are still a bit rough and by a lively freshness. Closing on savory tones. Matures for 18 months in large casks.

Versatile wine, suitable for the whole meal with meat dishes. Excellent also with medium seasoned cheese.
