Nose: Intense aromas are perceived on the nose with fruity (red and black fruits) and floral notes, as well as a characteristic note of tar.
Mouth: In the mouth, this red wine is perceived as fruity, powerful, full-bodied, with strong tannins and a fresh acidity in the mouth combined with the fruit of the wine. Fine perlage of carbonic acid. Long lasting finish.

AGING: The alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks lasts about two weeks, the refinement takes place in French oak barrels without the addition of sulfuric acid.
VINIFICATION: The Freisa vine is a native vine of the Piedmont area, hand-picked and destemmed, so most of the grapes are not pressed. A small part of the puree is frozen without fermentation. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks takes about two weeks, and the puree is treated and stirred very little. The young wine is then transferred to a wooden barrel without the addition of sulfuric acid, where the malolactic fermentation takes place.
PAIRINGS: This red wine is ideal as an aperitif with grilled or roasted red meats, risotto with mushrooms, sausages, aged cheeses.
