Tasting notes: Ruby red with violet reflections in the glass. On the nose it has intense and pleasant aromas of violets and ripe red fruits with a touch of sweet spices in the background. The palate is very pleasant, light and round. The tannins are delicate and its fine balance on the palate is surprising. It closes with light notes of bitter almonds.

Pairing: White meat dishes. It is also excellent with stuffed pasta and lasagna with a lentil and walnut ragu.
