Grignolino is an hystorical indigenous vine from Piedmont
that belongs to the range of the Monferrato traditional
varieties.
It is moderately warm in the mouth, with a soft ruby-red
colour tending to orange; intense and ethereal bouquet
with floral, marasca cherry and wild berries scents.Dry
taste with slightly bitter and tannic after-taste.
This is a refined wine with a sound and resolute
personality that satisfies the most exigent palates.Drink
young with hors d’oeuvres, light entrées and some kind
of fish soups. Excellent with pizza! During the
summertime it is preferable to serve this wine slightly
cooled

Color: Charming cardinal red with garnet shades

Bouquet: Red fruit scents, ethereal and with spicy sensations

Taste: Dry, full-bodied, with a slightly tannic hint, sapid and with good
persistence. Sweet and fruity after-taste
