Harvest: manually, at the end of September Traditional
vinification lasting 15 daysAging: 12-14 months in French
barriques, almost totally new. Bottling: late Spring.
Then the wine ages in the bottle for about 1 year, before
being released to our clients. Intense ruby-red hue, almost
impenetrable, the aging in wood exalts the bouquet with
hints of red berries, plum, vanilla and licorice. Right
tannins in the mouth and acidity that blends with its full
body, leaving a pleasant and persistent after-taste.
This well-structured wine can be consumed even after 10
years aging, without compromising its quality and
pleasantness.
Perfect combination with robust dishes, as red meat and
game.

Soil: white clayey earth, of limestone origin with alkaline PH.

Height and exposure: 300 meters above sea level, facing south.
Yield: 30-33 hectoliters per hectar
