Tasting Notes: Ruby red color. Withered flowers, ripe raspberries and sour cherries in alcohol, then liquorice, tar, tobacco, black pepper, graphite, tamarind and coffee: the bouquet is rich and complex. The flavor is warm and structured, concentrated in the tannins but velvety at the same time, as complex as the nose and long lasting.

Pairing: Ideal with meat dishes.
