Vintage amabile and frizzante wine, obtained through maceration and naturally fermented in autoclave. Made from hand-harvested grapes.


Alcohol content 10% vol + 35/50 g/l residual sugar.

Serving temperature 12°C.

Serve in a tulip glass with a 5-6 cm mouth diameter.


Organoleptic characteristics:

Colour: deep violet with purple reflections and persistent foam.

Nose: intense, with notes of red fruits, yet at the same time vinous, with a pleasant sensation of cherry.

Palate: pleasant, soft and fresh.
