De-stemming, spontaneous fermentation and maceration for 8/14 days in oak conical vats with 3 or 4 manual punch downs per day. Racking and aging in oak casks from 25 to 35 hl for 18 months.

Radikon's Slatnik is an intense and complex macerated white wine. Consistent, ample and salty, in the mouth it is voluminous, dry and taut, perfectly combining its rusticity with the elegance and finesse typical of Radikon's wines.
