The Roero Riserva Printi of the Monchiero Carbone company is an elegant red wine with a ruby red color, obtained from grapes grown beautifully on limestone hills in the Roero area. It presents itself to the eye with a beautiful intense and brilliant ruby red color. The nose develops a fruity and intense bouquet, with hints of raspberries and wild strawberries, with spicy notes of vanilla, cinnamon and tobacco. In the mouth it is warm and with a pleasant softness, with good fruit in the right balance with the acidity and vivacity of the tannins. With a long and harmonious finish, it is perfect to drink in combination with game, braised and overcooked meats, aged or slightly blue cheeses.
