Ruby red in color with violet reflections. On the nose, there are broad and persistent notes of small red fruits, flowers, carob and liquorice on a pleasant spicy background. Fresh acidity in the mouth, rich in fruit and with a dense and nervous tannic texture.

Pairings: For any meal, it combines very well with both first courses based on meat sauces and second dishes based on land. Also excellent with aged cheeses.
