Giada is obtained from a variety of Croatina grapes, which are grown in our vineyards in the village of Montebello della Battaglia (PV).

HARVEST: end of September

FERMENTATION: Gentle de-stemming and 15 days of maceration, fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

REFINEMENT: A month in the bottle prior to sale.

Tasting notes: The wine has a dark ruby red color with violet hues. It is lively and has an intense and distinct scent of fruity notes. The taste is full-bodied, soft and is very balanced and has a long lasting finish.

RECOMMENDATION: The ideal match for tasty noodle and rice dishes and meat. Serve at room temperature.
