GRAPE BLEND
70% Sanviovese, 30% Canaiolo, trebbiano, Malvasia nera, Malvasia bianca and Colorino in variable proportions.

VINIFCATION
Traditional red in stainless steel width temperature control by means of surface water flow.
Fermentation, acrivated naturally without the addition of yeasts other than its own, and subsequent soaking on the skins, last for 10-15 days during wich re-passing of the must over the grape dregs and délestage contribute to extraction of polyphenols. Malolactic fermentation is completed subsequently.

TASTING NOTES
Intense ruby red. A fruity bouquet with evident notes of violets and redbarried fruit.
Vinous, harmonious taste, intense with good structure, elegant and great overall plreasantness.
Goes prefectly with red meat and with strong-flavoured or ripe cheeses.
