Analysis: Alcohol 12,0 % Vol; Total Acidity 5,7 g/l; Residual Sugar 4,5 g/l.

Food Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, with appetizers and seafood. Also great with vegetables in vinaigrette and vegetarian dishes. Serve at 8-10 °C.
