Intense straw yellow color with golden reflections. Fruity nose with notes of pear, grapefruit and spices, typical of the Mediterranean scrub. Wide mouth, enlivened by a marked acidity, which gives it freshness and persistence in the finish. Mineral, dry, it finishes elegantly.
