Vinification: fermentation on the skins for 22 days, at a controlled temperature below 28 °C, in a low and wide stainless steel tank of 37 hl.

Aging: Aging in 25% of new barrels (1 new and 3 used) for a period of 14 months.

Tasting Notes: A very youthful purplish-red color. On the nose, the typical Cabernet pyrazines are very evident, framed by a noble oak texture from the barrel. In the mouth, inviting with its sweetness, preserving an austere note of great class. Tasty and dominant fruit leads to a long and demanding aftertaste.

Pairing: Excellent with main meat dishes.
