Grapes: Pinot Noir 60% and Chardonnay 40%, harvested by hand between late August and early September.

Ripening time: At least 20 months on selected yeasts in their own crops.
Production area: Vineyards on the slopes of the Trentino mountains at over 300 metres and facing south-east and south-west.

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.

TASTING NOTES

Olfactory visual examination: Copper tending to antique pink. The perlage is fixed and persistent.

Gustative examination: Distinct, of remarkable finesse, with a fresh fragrance of hawthorn flowers and hints of currants and wild strawberries.
Dry, clean and elegant, with a delicate sweet almond and aromatic musk fo0ndo of remarkable persistence.
