From a careful selection of the best Zibibbo grapes from the community Trapani one of the most famous fortified wines IGT Sicily is obtained. This ideal dessert wine is straw yellow and has an aromatic flavor.

Origin: Provincia di Trapani

Varietal: Moscato di Alessandria or Zibibbo

Harvest: In September

Aging: Six months in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and two months in the bottle.

Colour: Pale straw yellow

Nose: Well balanced, intense and fruity.

Taste: Full-bodied and harmonious.

Alcohol content: 16% vol.

Recommendation: Dry pastries, hard cheese.

Serving temperature: 8°-10°C
