Bright purplish red. The aromas are complex, and they need a few minutes from opening to manifest in all their splendor: red fruits alternate with notes of pepper and herbaceous aromas typical of the Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is rich, fine, characterized by a dense tannic texture well harmonized with excellent acidity. It closes with a lingering ending.

Pairings: Ideal with white and red meats. Excellent also with cured cheeses, first courses based on structured sauces.
