Slight hillside near the sea.
Maturation:
In French oak barriques (Allier) for over 24 months and ageing in the bottle for at least 6 months prior to launch.

Intense ruby red with purple hues.
Nose:
The bouquet includes fine notes of ripe red fruit and spicy notes with a finish of blackberries.
Taste:
Expressive wine of a significant depth. Complex, fine and elegant flavors. Dry and harmonious taste with a long finish.

Ageing potential:
Thanks to the structure and the high alcohol content it can be stored for many years if stored correctly lying on the side.
Drinking temperature: 16-18°C within the first 5 years and 18-20°C with storage for more than 6 years. Decant and serve in wide chalices.

15% - 16% depending on the vintage.
Bottle: 75 cl.
