This year was characterized by an high average temperature that caused an immediate and ideal bunch closure. The grapes had a good proportion between sugar and acidity and the wines showed immediately an excellent alcohol content with limited residual sugar, good ph and acidity value, good structure, variegated fragrance and flavouring.
