Zephiro is produced using a new wine-making process adopting whole berries, taking place at controlled temperatures. This provides for separation of the berries from the bunches so that pressing can take place naturally directly in the barrels.

The fruit of a brief wine-making process, it is a wine that although young, it is rich in decisive fruity aromas and marked by a low tannin content, with a body and structure typical of more complex wines.
