Strong but very drinkable and soft. It has an intense ruby colour with light crimson glints. The scent is fruity with notes of raspberry, spices and vanilla. The taste is full; its enveloping roundness is at times broken by a tannic taste that gives it strength and character. Serve at 18°C in medium size glasses. It can be served with white and red roast and grilled meats.

40% of the mass: 12 months in tonneaux and French oak barriques;
60% of the mass: in stainless steel drums;
4 months in bottle
