Merkki: Citari
The Mimì Benaco Bresciano IGT is made of three white grape, Trebbiano di Lugana, Chardonnay and Incrocio Manzoni. Trebbiano di Lugana, also Turbiana gennant, is the grape of the wine "Lugana" which usually comes as a varietal wine Reiner. This is grown exclusively on the southern shores of Lake Garda, between the regions Lombardy and Veneto. Chardonnay is an international white grape vine that has gained worldwide popularity. Incrocio Manzoni is a white grape variety, which we owe Luigi Manzoni, an Italian agronomist who bred these varieties from Risling Reneno and Pinot Blanc (Pinot Bianco). After a manual vintage, followed by the wine in stainless steel tanks and the development on fine lees. The result is a fresh and fruity wine, not too demanding and pleasant to drink.
