Pale straw yellow colour with distinct glimmers of bright green. On the nose it presents with good intensity, with notes of citrus, of apple and ripe peach.

On the palate it is medium-dry and balanced whilst maintaining an interesting and characteristic freshness.

Accompaniments: excellent as an aperitif, with starters, fish, grapes and mild cheeses.
