Brut Rosso
Grapes: 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara.
Vineyard: vines with a Guyot training system, with spurred cordon pruning, on a fertile sandy soil in the Sorbara area, north of Modena. Density: 4,800 plants per hectare.
Vinification: in early September, the grapes, manually harvested in small crates, are destemmed and pressed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place for 3 days in contact with the skins at a controlled temperature (14-17°C). In the spring following the harvest, after selecting the cuvée, the sparkling wine process takes place in bottles using the Metodo Classico.
Description: a pale ruby red colour; pure and persistent aroma with hints of strawberry; cool flavour, fruity (strawberry), pleasant and distinct, with rich and refined sapidity and an elegant finish.
Alcohol/Vol.: 11%
Food pairing: a refined fully sparkling wine that is ideal throughout a meal. Enjoy it as an aperitif.
Serving temperature: cool 3-6°C.
