Vineyard: vines with a Guyot training system, with spurred cordon pruning, on loose mixed soils in the Emilia area.
Vinification: the grapes, harvested in September and October, are vinified in white. After alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts, second fermentation takes place, using the Charmat method, for 4-5 days at a controlled temperature of 12-14°C.
Description: pale straw yellow colour; white mousse; delicate floral aroma; sweet and aromatic flavour.
Alcohol/Vol.: 7.50%
Food pairing: ideal with light dishes and desserts.
Serving temperature: cool 6-8°C.
