Blend of wines originated from our vineyards situated on the Erbusco hills.
The 2011 harvest is characterized by a slow and complete maturation of the grapes, the production of grapes per hectare was slightly above the standard of the last years.
These two elements concurred to give birth to a wine that hasn't in his main paculiarities salinity and depth, but with very good stucture and width.

Pursuing on the experience started with Curtefranca Bianco 2010, this wine is produced for the 80% with traditional vinification (selected yeasts, sulfites added) ad for the 20% with natural vinification (autochton yeasts, no sulfites added and fermentation in contact with the skins for one month).
The combination of these two different methods of work contribute to increase the structure and complexity of the wine, emphasizing strongly, with the contribution of the skins during the fermentation, every different vintage.
