For all those dinners in which we want an accompaniment that does not fear even tasty dishes such as those typical of the pre-alpine mid-mountain, without having to give up fruit and freshness.
TECHNICAL NOTES
Denomination: Benaco Bresciano Bianco IGT.
Aging: barrique and steel.
TASTING
Bright and full straw yellow color. Delicately exotic, it spreads on citrus notes, with references of spices and butter. Creamy and rich mouth, slightly fruity with an acid and fresh vein. Well balanced, with a long and persistent finish.
PAIRING
At the table it accompanies fish and vegetable appetizers. Grilled fish and stewed white meats. dry soups or in broth. Risotto, fresh pasta, even with truffles.
CURIOSITY
The Cobéi vineyard is located at the edge of the wood, on the top of the slope next to the cellar. It was the work, effort and ingenuity of others. For years not valued, today it is recovered, returning to make itself known with the name, style and energy of the past.
The grapes are harvested particularly ripe, they are vinified in a simple way, without maceration to best enhance their flavor and freshness. Partially refines in wood or terracotta on the fine lees. It is enhanced with long refinements in glass.
