TASTING
Ruby red with a note of vivacity, depth and brilliance of color, the nose is fruity, fresh, vaguely herbaceous: black cherry, sour cherry, blueberry. The taste is clean, savory, with a fragrant vinosity, a crunchy fruitiness: an authentic “everyday”, a wine that never tires of drinking it and that holds up the meal with young, lively joy. Every day without getting bored is the most difficult task; being able to bring it to completion means possessing authentic energy.

PAIRING
