Straw yellow color with green reflections. On the nose it expresses all the typicity of the varietal thanks to floral, fruity and vegetable notes. We find notes of acacia flowers, peach, golden apple. Soft, full, enveloping and slightly savory, it closes with a finish of good persistence, on the fruit.

Pairings: Especially elegant appetizers, such as Parmesan soufflés or quiche Lorraine. Excellent with fish-based first courses.
