Gewürztraminer Trentino Doc, almost certainly of Alto Adige origins, is one of the great aromatic varieties that needs hilly and sunny soils. The vineyards of Cantine Monfort are located in Valsugana, and precisely in Ciré di Pergine Valsugana, 500 meters above sea level. facing south, and are radiated by the sun for most of the day. Straw yellow wine tending to golden with an intensely aromatic and spicy perfume reminiscent of rose and yellow peach. On the palate it is warm, soft and balanced with a persistent aftertaste and great body.
