ORIGIN
“Palazzo al Campo” is made from Sangiovese and Merlot grapes grown in the province of Florence at an altitude of approximately 250 meters a.s.l.

GRAPES
Sangiovese: 85% - Merlot 15%
Yield per hectare: an average of 7 tons of grapes.
Yield of grapes into wine: approximately 65%.

VINIFICATION AND MATURATION
The grapes are harvested during the first few days of October to preserve their freshness.
Alcoholic fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of 28°C in stainless steel tanks with maceration lasting approximately 10 days.
Malolactic fermentation takes place in the same tanks.
Bottle ageing lasts a minimum of 1 months.

SENSORY EVALUATION
Colour: vibrant ruby red.
Bouquet: fruity with crisp, ripe fruit overtones.
Flavour: lush, full taste with a velvety finish.
Serving temperature: 19°C - in Summer 15°C.
Complements: hors d'oeuvres, cheeses, cold cuts and other meat.
This wine complements the entire meal.
