Ca' del Bosco has made ​​their first Franciacorta wines in the seventies: First, the Brut and the Dosage Zéro were produced. Then the Satèn, then called Crémant followed.

Today, these three sparkling wines are the best expression of our ability.

In 2008 Ca' del Bosco has decided to release a trilogy of these three different varieties under the name "Vintage Collection".

This includes: Brut, Dosage Zéro and Satén.

Character, Rigor and Femininity.

Three different expressions of Franciacorta, which represent the uniqueness of the vintage.

All Wines of the Vintage Collection have been aged in small oak barrels for 5 months. That is a short time in which the whole flavor complexity and aromatic expressiveness are deployed, without ever losing the elegance .

Another feature of the Vintage Collection is the shape of the bottle. It is traditional, but slightly elongated, so that the yeasts have a larger surface for deposition and can develop better.

In this way a wine can quickly reach its perfection.
