DESCRIPTION OF THE FOUNDER'S PROSECCO BRUT NATURE GRANDE CUVÉE
This "Grande Cuvée del Fondatore Motus Vitae" is a Prosecco Brut Nature Superiore, a tribute to the pioneering spirit of Giuliano, founder of the Bortolomiol winery in the late 1940s. Giuliano was one of the first winemakers to focus on the production of the Martinotti Method, innovating and experimenting in a sector that, at the time, was all to be discovered. This vintage label was created to enhance the peculiarities of the vintage, without any added sugar, and comes with a decidedly dry, high-impact sip. A bottle to say the least pleasant, to be tasted without delay.

This Prosecco Brut Nature Superiore "Grande Cuvée del Fondatore - Motus Vitae" comes from the Glera grapes used in purity, grown exclusively within the San Pietro in Barbozza vineyard. The grapes, carefully selected by the team of the Bortolomiol winery, once arrived in the rooms used for winemaking are softly pressed, then fermented in steel and refermented following the production rules of the Martinotti Method. The refinement takes place in steel, where the wine spends 10 months in contact with the yeasts and is then bottled, without any addition of sugar residues.

The “Grande Cuvée del Fondatore - Motus Vitae” is a Prosecco Brut Nature Superiore which in the glass takes on a straw-colored hue, crossed by a fine bubble, with good persistence. The range of aromas that develops on the nose recalls mainly fruity and floral notes, very elegant. On the palate it is tasty and pleasant, with a clean, frank and lively sip, which relies on a nice freshness. A label into which the entire sparkling capacity of the Bortolomiol winery is poured, to continue the path of experimentation undertaken by Giuliano, always attracted by the pursuit of excellent quality and the creation of new products.
