The JEIO Rosé of Bisol is derived from Pinot Nero, which is macerated at low temperatures. So it gets a clear pink color which gets a little more delicate after a short ageing. The grapes come from selected vineyards at higher altitudes which have a limited production.

The conversion of these grapes in sparkling wine is made via the classical method, which is particularly difficult and unpredictable. Once the properties of the Pinot Nero are tamed, they give the palate a very complex flavor that are hardly achieved by other varieties and make this sparkling wine such an important drink.

Color: Pink with purple hues. Fine, rich and long-lasting bubbles.

Nose: Intense and delicate mature yeasts, ethereal and long lasting.

Taste: Full-bodied, rich, harmonious, slightly bitter, velvety and tangy at the same time. Sparkling wine with a wide spectrum of taste and odor notes. Taste in small sips to capture the full range of flavors.
