A pure Zibibbo and vinified dry, the Quojane of Serramarrocco, from grapes harvested by hand in the "vineyard of Quojane" of 5.85 Ha cultivated with Guyot with a planting system of 6,250 vines/ha, a yield of 95 quintals per hectare and 1.60 Kg. per vine.

It is distinguished by the fragrance of the fruit, the complexity of citrus scents, citron, green apple and officinal herbs which blend with hints of orange blossom, lavender, mint, rosemary, enhancing the sylvan balsamicity.
The intensity of the bouquet, the minerality and the length of the finish, make it a fine wine that best represents the terroir of Serramarrocco. First Vintage 2009.
