Intense ruby color, the nose reveals an elegant scent of ripe cherries, blackberries and spices (ginger in particular). Persistent and warm taste, but at the same time with fresh notes and pleasant sapidity. Structured wine, it goes well with savory first courses, boiled meats, red meats and aged cheeses.
