Organoleptic characteristics: classic ruby red coloured, its aromas are initially reserved and austere but then it reveals perfumes of marasca cherry and spices like juniper essence and delicately balsamic perfumes.
It tastes very pleasantly, noble and mature tannins balanced by an excellent freshness.
Service and conservation: serve it in wide wine glasses at 18-20 degree. Conserve it in a fresh and dark place.
Very good with boiled mixed meat.
