This nougat is a particularly elaborate nougat: the still-warm nougat is cut into thin slices. Then they come in special forms through which they are molded. Thus, each nougat can be filled with a sweet, creamy filling made ​​from almonds and sugar. Subsequently, the nougat is covered with chocolate.

In the beginning of the 20th Century some types of nougat were named to flatter the rulers of the royal family Savoia. Although a century has passed already, we like to remind the names that were given by our ancestors to the nougat.

Each piece weighs about 30 grams.
