CHARACTERISTICS OF TUBER MAGNATUM, PICO (WHITE)
The external skin is smooth yellow ochre or yellow olive coloured, the clod is white and yellowish coloured with hazel or brownish tones, bright, thin and numerous veining. It emanates an intense, strong and unique aroma.
Period of Harvest:
form 1 October to 31 December
Truffle Shreds
Used mainly for preparing recipes, suit for the familiar consumption, it is as big as an olive, this allows tasting a great product at a more contained price.
Conservation:
It is recommended to conserve the truffles freshly, at the bottom of the fridge in the vegetable compartment (+2, +3 degrees), in a closed vase rolled up in absorbent paper and replace it as soon as it gets damp.
